Shipping Policy

Please allow 3-6 business days for your item(s) to be processed.
Once items have been processed from our suppliers an email confirming your item(s) have been shipped will be sent. A tracking number will be included with this email. Please check in your "SPAM" mail if an email was not received. If for some reason a confirmation email was not received, please feel free to contact us at theopalwillow@gmail.com and include your name, item(s) ordered and order number. We will look into the tracking of your item(s).
Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. The Opal Willow cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for orders. 
* Due to covid and social distancing please allow some extra time for shipping.
